Consumer satisfaction up in retail, infocomm sectors: SMU study

SINGAPORETUESDAY, 5 JULY 2016 – More customers are satisfied with their experience in the retail and infocomm sectors, based on latest figures released by the Institute of Service Excellence at Singapore Management University (ISES) on Tuesday (Jul 5).

The results of the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) for January to April this year showed an uptick of 1.7 points in the retail sector to 71.7 – a 2.4 per cent year-on-year increase on the backs of better satisfaction in the jewellery, fashion apparel and department store sectors.
