Singapore October private home sales fall 48% month-on-month

Sales of private homes by developers in Singapore fell 48 per cent month-on-month in October, government data showed on Thursday.

Data compiled by the Urban Redevelopment Authority showed developers sold 487 units last month, compared with 932 units sold the previous month.

The October sales number was also a 36 per cent drop from the 761 units a year earlier.
