Malaysia’s international reserves have slipped to US$103 billion

Malaysia’s national reserves dropped by US$900 million between Sep 14 and Sep 28.

Malaysia’s gross international reserves dipped to US$103 billion as of Sept. 28, from $103.9 billion as of Sept. 14, the central bank said on Friday.

The reserves were sufficient to finance 7.4 months of retained imports, and were 0.9 times the short-term external debt, said Bank Negara Malaysia.
