Cambodia – Fast, easy and secure: KHQR to standardise banking QR codes
The Ministry of Economy and Finance and the National Bank of Cambodia last week rolled out the KHQR to standardise banking QR codes.
Payment using QR code is easy, fast and secure. Officials said financial technology is integral to the development of today’s digital payment systems.
The banks and payment service providers are competing to introduce innovative digital services, especially electronic payments and transfers, such as Internet banking and mobile payment services. Photographer Chor Sokunthea captured the event.
