Brunei?s biggest cooperative to venture into employment agency services
Tuesday, July 12, 2016 – KOPERASI Berkat Kerja Karas Semua Senang (BKSS), one of the largest cooperatives in Brunei, has received approval to operate an employment agency that recruits foreign workers.
BKSS Chairman Hj Md Salleh Mohiddin (pic) said that the cooperative had received the Foreign Workers Recruitment License from the Labour Department under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) about a month ago.
?We received the approval just before the fasting month and are now in the process of preparing to open our agency which will be located Kg Madang along with our other businesses,? Hj Md Salleh said in an interview with The Brunei Times recently.
The chairman said the demand for foreign workers is still strong especially from working parents that require domestic servants to help care for their children and perform household chores. Read More?
