Global exposure crucial for entrepreneurs wanting to venture out
Friday, July 29, 2016 – INTERNATIONAL exposure and networking are crucial to draw new business ideas and opportunities beyond the local market, said a local entrepreneur returning from a business summit in the US.
Reflecting on the time spent on the 7th Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES), Escape Square and SocialDeal founder Hiro Tien said that the exposure to a wide range of ideas from informal networking and the talks were eye-opening and provided valuable learning experience.
The GES, which took place last month in Silicon Valley, was a two-day programme packed with master-classes and breakout sessions with leading business figures across the world.
Tien and one other Bruneian businesswoman had been selected and were among the hundreds of entrepreneurs, leading business figures and investors to attend the summit. Read More?
