BIBD mobile and digital banking services best in Brunei
BANK Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) recently received an international recognition for its world-class technology platform that provides superlative customer experiences.
World Finance – a leading financial services journal – conferred two awards to BIBD for ‘Best Mobile Banking Application’ and ‘Best Digital Bank in Brunei – 2017’ at the World Finance Digital Banking Awards 2017.
World Finance commended BIBD’s platforms stating that they lead the way with “digitalisation while meeting consumer demands and mitigating against accompanying risks along the way”.
It also commended BIBD for its track record of willing to adapt, implement new technologies and partner up with fintech players.
BIBD also received the ‘Best Retail Bank in Brunei 2017’ award and ‘Strongest Banks in Asia Pacific’ rating from The Asian Banker during 2017.
