Attention will be paid to completing database in the fields of tourism, trade, investment and agriculture, and collecting data of commodities, data of enterprises, thus connecting enterprises effectively and helping them join large distribution chains on foreign markets. 

For important events of the city, the authorities need to prepare content and integrate tourism, trade and investment with the events to increase efficiency and save the city’s budget. Authorities and units increase coherence and consistency in building Promotion Program for 2018 and Promotion Programs for the period of 2018 to 2020. 

They should define the tasks performed by state agencies and the tasks performed by the Center, thus increasing efficiency of the promotion programs in Vietnam and abroad according to specialized fields, while organizing professional skills training classes for officers and enterprises.

In response to the document, the Hanoi People’s Committee assigns Hanoi Promotion Center in cooperation with Authority of Plan and Investment, Department of Industry and Commerce, Department of Tourism, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Finance and relevant agencies to make draft document on directing relevant agencies to strictly follow regulations to manage, build and implement the Hanoi Tourism, Trade and Investment Promotion Program, and complete it by November 24.
