Vietnam: Hà N?i to offer free Wi-Fi in tourist areas, bus stops
Saturday, 13 August 2016 – Director of Hà N?i’s Department of Information and Communications said the city will soon offer free Wi-Fi in some areas such as the old quarter, tourist locations, and bus stations.
The city expects the free Wi-Fi internet access to make it easier for Hanoians and tourists to navigate around the inner city. In July, the city’s bus operator Transeco installed free Wi-Fi hot spots in 200 buses for bus routes No.86, No.11 and No.12.
Hà N?i and HCM City are not the only cities to provide free Wi-Fi coverage. Tourism hubs including H?i An, Hu? and ?à N?ng in the central region and H?i Phòng and H? Long in the north have been wireless since 2012. Read More?
