Indonesia: Govt Holds Coordinating Meeting on Inflation Control
THURSDAY, 04 AUGUST, 2016 – Bank Indonesia, along with the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Internal Affairs Ministry, hosted the 7th National Coordination Meeting on Regional Inflation Control Team (TPID) at Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel in Jakarta, today, August 4, 2016.
Opened at 09.00 am Jakarta time, the meeting is aimed at strengthening policy synchronization between the central and local governments in a bid to fast-tracking infrastructure development and improving food commerce.
“The national TPID coordination meeting is expected to reinforce policy synergy between the central government, regional governments, and Bank Indonesia,” Bi governor Agus Martowardojo said on Thursday. Read More?
