Cambodia: Market potential of real estates on show with more construction projects launching
With the declaration of the end of the February 20 Community Event and Cambodia’s economic recovery on track, the real estate market continues to showcase its potential with the launch of more construction projects.
Many projects are being launched in preparation for the full recovery of the Cambodian economy, such as the Borey Castle Project which was launched on January 6.
The Director General of Borey Castle Phnom Penh said that the project was developed by the subsidiary of Hong Kong-based Carson Holding Group.
The company has invested in a 500-hectare economic zone along National Road 4 in Preah Sihanouk and the first residential development project located on National Road 3.
The Director General added that the choice of housing development on National Road 3 is because of the high potential in this area, which is surrounded by markets, small and large schools, hospitals, cinemas, food stalls, and other businesses.
The Director General stated that the construction is done with the vision of becoming a prominent and high-quality housing developer. Fresh News
