CLMV expected to attract 24 million tourists in 2016

Wed, 3 August 2016 – The four countries that make up the CLMV region ? Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam ? received a combined total of 10 million foreign tourists during the first five months of 2016 and are expected to top 24 million foreign visitors by the end of the year, a Cambodian tourism official said yesterday.

Heng Sochamroeun, deputy cabinet chief of the Tourist Ministry, said the region was expected to attract 28.5 million visitors in 2018. Read More?
