Thailand: Exports seen up 12% this year – shippers

Exports are expected to rise 12% this year, the high end of a previous forecast range of 10-12%, boosted by improved global demand and a weaker baht currency, the national shippers’ council said on Tuesday.

However, the country’s coronavirus outbreak remains a negative factor, it said in a statement.
