Alfa Romeo Stelvio, Jeep Gladiator enter Brunei market

For the first time in more than a century of history, Alfa Romeo delivered its thrilling driving experience, outstanding performance and sporty style with a sport utility vehicle – Alfa Romeo Stelvio, which aims to rewrite the rules in the medium-sized premium SUV segment.

The Stelvio comes with 2.0-litre Turbo Petrol power plant with 200 HP and 280 HP versions, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and Q4 all-wheel drive.

It is also equipped with a four-cylinder engine unit built entirely in aluminium with a carbon drive shaft and has distinctive features including MultiAir electro-hydraulic valve actuation system and 200-bar high-pressure direct injection.

This system combines to deliver a particularly snappy accelerator response across the rev range in addition to first-class fuel-efficiency.

GHK Motors also unveiled another brand under the FCA Flagship, the all-new 2020 Jeep Gladiator 3.6L V6 with eight-speed Torqueflite 850RE Auto and 280 HP.

The Gladiator is the most off-road capable midsize truck ever, builds on a rich heritage of tough, dependable Jeep trucks with an unmatched combination of rugged utility, authentic Jeep design, open-air freedom, clever functionality and versatility and best-in-class towing and 4×4 payload.

Available with three different powertrain combinations and equipped with a versatile cargo box, Gladiator is built to handle the demands of an active lifestyle while delivering an open-air driving that is unmistakably Jeep.

A unique vehicle capable of taking passengers and cargo anywhere the Jeep Gladiator combines traditional Jeep attributes with strong truck credentials and features a multitude of technology features including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Blind-spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Path detection, adaptive cruise control and Forward Collision Warning-Plus. All Gladiator models are Trail Rated with a badge designed to perform in a variety of challenging off-road conditions and identified by five key consumer-oriented performance categories namely the traction, ground clearance, manoeuverability, articulation and water fording.

Gladiator Rubicon models are equipped with signature red tow hooks, Rock-Trac® 4×4 system featuring two-speed transfer case with a 4:1 low-range gear ratio, front and rear heavy-duty Dana 44 axles, Tru-Lok® electric front and rear-axle lockers, segment-exclusive electronic sway bar disconnect, cab and bed rock rails and standard 33-inch Falken Wildpeak All-Terrain off-road tyres.

The two models are displayed at the Sumbangsih Bahagia showroom. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the showroom will provide gloves and hand sanitiser for customers and regular disinfection on displayed models is carried out.
