According to Tran Ngoc Manh (the founder of Manmo), at present, there are more than 18,000 guest houses in Vietnam, of which the domestic demand is more than 62 million. In addition, each guest house must meet more than 3,000 customers. Therefore, Manmo estimates that this is a very potential market. Since the beginning, Manmo has encountered quite a lot of difficulties. The first difficulty Manmo encountered was to change the user habits. Manmo provides customers with an app that searches around Manmo’s motels, information, data, market data, and uses Manmo’s searchable address and know the quality of the hostel before deciding to rent.
Currently, the group has connected with more than 800 accommodation establishments. The immediate goal of the group is to get the best market feedback, feedback from the most honest users so that the team can perfect the product. The group expects to open its market to the whole North and Central region. Then, in about a year, it will cover all five main cities, with the expectation of reaching 100,000 active viewers that are actually users of the application and 8,000 of the saved location databases. In the future, the team will have to explore, collaborate with partners, expand the branch in other segments. In addition, the group also has to increase promotion with investors.
