Indonesia: Full Support of Health Insurance for Foreign, Domestic Investors

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – The Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) gives its full support for the National Health Insurance program implemented by the Workers Social Security Agency (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)

The support was marked with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the two agencies in Nusa Dua Bali on Friday (24/2).

Through the MoU, BKPM and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan are committed to give supports for the implementation of the National Health Service for both domestic foreign investors as part of the Ease of Doing Business program from the Indonesian Government.

The cooperation is also the manifestation of the integrated of public service for the people and investors so it can cut permit process and the registration of social security programs.

President Director of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Agus Susanto said the cooperation would further strengthen cooperation that has been made with integrated investment services all over Indonesia.
