Laos: Beerlao Increases Prices for First Time This Year

Lao Brewery Company has issued a notice stating the need to adjust production costs for the first time in 2023.

In a notice to consumers, the company confirmed that it has raised the prices for some of its products from 11 January onwards.

This time around, the company provided no explanations for the new price rise, according to the notice.

BeerLao had revised its prices in November last year, owing to the depreciation of Lao Kip against USD.

However, the recent price hikes would only apply to some of its products, as listed in the notice.
