Indonesia’s Q2 foreign direct investment rises nearly 40% y/y -minister
JAKARTA : Foreign direct investment (FDI) into Indonesia rose 39.7 per cent annually in the April-June period in rupiah terms to 163.2 trillion rupiah ($10.89 billion), Investment Minister Bahlil Lahadalia said on Wednesday.
The FDI, which excludes investment in banking and the oil and gas sectors, grew 31.8 per cent in the January-March period.
