Thailand: Thai baht races to highest in over 1 year after solid Q2 GDP

Monday, 15 August 2016 – Thailand’s baht turned firmer to hit its strongest level in more than one year after data showed the economy expanded faster than expected.

The baht gained as much as 0.2 per cent to 34.685 per US dollar, its strongest since July 22, 2015 after the data. Read More?
